Our principal lawyer, Jeff Dwyer, based at Southport, Gold Coast, was admitted to practice in Queensland in 1991.  He has had extensive experience in a broad range of car, work, public place, boating, medical negligence claims and professional negligence and other litigious and related matters gained from over 28 years working in the legal profession so far.

He has worked in Far North Queensland, Brisbane and on the Sunshine Coast and has lived and worked on the Gold Coast since 1999.

Jeff is a member of the Queensland Law Society, Australian Lawyers Alliance, Association of Plaintiff Injury Lawyers (UK), American Trial Lawyers Association, Australian Insurance Lawyers Association, Law Council of Australia, Gold Coast Law Association and Australian Legal Practice Managers Association. He is also a Commissioner for Declarations.
