Susan Adair

Susan started her career in the legal industry 15 years ago.

Her story is the kind you’d find in the motivational section of a bookshop. She’s a grass-roots success story. After leaving school, she started off in the mail room of a big city law firm. She worked hard and moved onto the role of receptionist at another big city law firm where she first met Jeff Dwyer who saw promise in her abilities.

She moved into a secretarial role at another firm, took maternity leave and re-entered the workforce again, keen to sink her teeth into injury law which she was passionate about. It was then that she worked with Jeff Dwyer again, and this time, into a role he knew she was ready for, paralegal. Susan is now studying a Bachelor of Laws while working full-time (and of course, also being a Mother and Wife). While it’s not always easy, Susan never gives up.

Likewise, she fights a good fight for our client’s too. She loves injury law because she sees how it makes a real-life difference to people when they’re in a personal crisis. Susan performs paralegal work in motor vehicle, work-injury and public liability claims.

When she’s not at work, she loves a good book, a great cruise and family time.

Attention to detail comes second-nature and if she doesn’t have the answer, you can rely on her to find it.

We love Heidi’s natural ability to set the tone, take the reins and lead her team to victory. Co-incidentally, Heidi has taken the baton to head up our social gatherings and does her best to make sure everyone is happy and having fun.

When she’s not working, she’s busy competing for “Mother-of-the Year”, kid-wrangling her 3 daughters (usually at the beach or some sunny location) with her husband.

Heidi has been gifted with a quick wit, dry sense of humour and significant love of burgers.

Choosing injury law has been an easy option for her, she is drawn to everyday people in need and has a passion for social justice and a fair go. Having seen real life poverty and corruption in her travels in Asia has inspired her to give back the best way she can.

She is dedicated and determined to achieve great results, as is demonstrated through her personal and academic achievements.
